Whey Protein For Women?

I have heard great things about whey protein. I am a woman and do not want to use this to bulk up but rather to build lean muscle. My wedding is in a month and I want to have defined arms and back muscles since I am trying to lift weights but again, I don’t want to be bulky. Can I also use this is a meal replacement? Please guide me on how to use this and ideas of how to get the most out of this- including other meals that might go well with it. Thanks!

    The best best best diet for that is the Abs Diet for Women. In it you have whey protein every day and yes it does help. You don’t even need it as a meal replacement.
    I have very defined shoulders/back. There are exercises that will make them pop really quickly and you’ll see noticeable results VERY soon. Like in the first couple weeks if you are already thin and stick with it.
    Try this with 10-lb handweights (3 sets of 12 every other day to start; do it every day if you’re already working them):
    Upright rows (work your shoulders really quickly!!!)
    Lateral raises
    Butterflies (lean over and with arms rounded, push elbows back)
    Push ups

    My family and I use whey protein. I don’t use it as a meal replacement, instead we incorporate it into our meals. If you get unflavored whey protein you can mix it into foods that you eat every day. For instance, I will put some in yogurt or in spaghetti sauce. I also cook/bake with it. I recently made tortillas with whey protein. My three year old couldn’t even tell.     Lisa, thanks for that website. I am also looking for more muscle tone, and was wondering if a whey protein supplement would help. After just a quick glance at bulkfoodsdirect.com it does seem like they have a great product. Thanks again!!
